Is there a way to pre-populate JotForm first name and last name to go in the form coming from an email survey?

    HI

I am doing a survey with my clients and would like to pre-populate the first name and last name fields of a JFORM since I know who just clicked and it would be very nice to preload these fields.

Can it be done? If not, this is a perfect new application for JF to do surveys of ones own database and to be able to call a JF form preloaded with the guys name ...

    thanks

    Dave

    Hi Dave!

Yes, it is possible to pre-populate JotForm fields with URL parameters. Please refer to the guide for more information.

You can also use our Spreadsheet to Form widget to populate form fields from an external data sheet.
