Visual Reports: How to keep answers in chat in their original order?

It looks like on the Bar report type, if I have several option as and answer :

Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Very Poor

The report sorts them out and shows the answer in the order of the data, for example if there are more answers that say Fair, that would be my first bar followed by Excellent, Very Good and so.

Is there any way to keep the bars on my order?

    Thanks

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly.

Are you looking for options where you can keep the bar chart on your required question so that the bar chart represents the output of that question only and not the overall form?

If yes, there is an option to edit/alter the chart types of each question. First, add the chart into your report and Edit as shown below:

Here you can select the question and the type of chart required for that question. You can see the answers to the question populated in the Edit window (See above).

Just click on "OK" and you can ensure that your bar chart covers the answers to that question only.

Is this what you were looking for? If not, could you please explain your requirement further so that we could guide you in the right direction.

I have a bar visual report and the possible answers on my questionnaire form are EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, GOOD, FAIR, POOR and VERY POOR in that order.

If I have more number of answers on VERY GOOD or other options, the bar that corresponds to EXCELLENT gets displaced to second place and VERY GOOD goes in the first place.

How can I keep them in the same place I have on my questionnaire?

    thanks

    Hi @martalagoueyte!

I apologize for the inconvenience, but charts are ordered by the number of responses received and there is no way to reorder them manually at the moment. The workaround would be to set colors of each individual bar to something easily recognizable, for instance: shades of green for positive, yellow for neutral and reds for negative. Like so:

Thanks for the prompt information.  Hopefully in the future it will be possible.

    I have another question:

If I send by e-mail a Questionnaire Form to 20 of my contact persons and I receive, lets say, 8 answers/submisions back.

In a week time, I want to sent it again or send a reminder to those that have not answered back for them to fill the form.

I do not want to send it again to the people that has done it already.  How do I know which of my e-mail contacts has answered and which haven't?

We have escalated a feature request ticket regarding the order of the items in the visual reports. This support thread will be updated if we have any news.

Your second question has been moved into a separate thread:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1814711

    It will be updated shortly.
