Do you want to prefill the form and then pass it to your users/client? If so, please refer to the guide below.

    Guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

You can also use our prepopulate app, simply input the data you want then generate URL.

    App: https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Thanks for that bro, is the only way to access this through the URL or is there a widget for this application.

Yes, the only way to access the pre-filled form is through the generated URL/URL.

By the way, we also have a spreadsheet to form widget that can prepopulate the fields of your form. Please check this guide for more details: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
