    There's one that is not appearing still.

    And why I'm not receiving any of these notifications?

    I have checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/71347858726166 and the notification email has been setup correctly.

    Checked the mail logs and it seems that the notification emails are sent.

    Can you please share to us the submission ID in which you did not receive any notification email?
