Hello. I've integrated my form succesfully with Google Docs, but if I make any manual changes to the spreadsheet, the integration seems to stop and no new uploads are recorded to the spreadsheet. Is thsi expected, and if so, is there a workaround? The only solution so far seems to be to disable the Google Docs integration and then re-establish it with a new spreadsheet.

Yes, that is expected when you modify the Spreadsheet results especially the headers in first row. A possible workaround for this is to download the submissions from the Form submissions page or from the Spreadsheet - File - Download As Excel Sheet.
