Submitted images from free account are resulting in 404 error

    I'm not sure if we need to have a paid account to have clients sent us photos but every test I have sent has resulted in a 404 error page returned when we try to retrieve a linked photo. 

    The tests are .jpgs under 2mb

    Hi Jason!

    You don't need a paid account to receive, view and download uploaded files. Simply go to your account Settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files check box in the Privacy section.

    Thank you. I found another thread that mentioned something similar and sure enough, I was not logged in. Beginners mistake. Thanks.
