Hi, I am using the free version and have 2 forms of which only 1 has been submitted and it says my account has been disabled, why and what do I need to do?

Apologize for that! But I think everything have been sorted. I've check your account and it is already active. I guess that Auto Suspension was caused by your form name "Facebook", this term is commonly use by Phishers and our Phishing Filter is very strict to this.
