Hi there,
I have the following form integrated with a Google Calendar. I absolutely LOVE IT!
https://form.jotform.com/83035267339157
However, is there a way to set up a condition to only update the Google Calendar when something is filled in? I am filling in a field after the initial submission (so I am "editing" the submission) and it's always producing a duplicate item on the calendar.
Please let me know if that's possible.
Thanks so much!
Alissa

I have been checking your form and Google calendar integration. Please note that when Google calendar is integrated into a form, whenever any change is made in the form, it adds a new entry in the calendar. Currently, it is not possible to alter this option.
I was able to replicate this on a test form and I got two entries when I changed one of the fields. Let me check this with our backend team to see if there is an option to remove the duplicate entry in the Google calendar.
Meanwhile, you will have to manually remove the duplicate entry. You will be updated on the status via this thread.

Hello kmlcarpenters,
We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.
Regretfully, JotForm does not support editing an existing event in submission edit mode.
With our improvements we made, you can now set whether to add a new event in 'edit mode' or not.
You can set this configuration in Google Calendar settings page,
Please keep informed us about your progress.
Regards.
