Form is not submitting due to "Order Form ID missing" error message.

    Hello, I created a JotForm for my small business and a customer tried to use it. Unfortunately when she submitted, it didn’t alert me and I still have 0 submissions displayed when I check. What’s going on?

    Our records shows that your form has not received any submissions yet. Did your customer receive a confirmation via email? Did your customer see a confirmation page after pressing the submit button or an error message perhaps?

    Please note that your form is not connected to PayPal yet, please complete the integration to avoid errors in the form:

    When you try to submit, it says “Order Form ID missing”. I’ve tried submitting a few times, and it says that.

    I did a second submission, with a product selected, and it redirects me to PayPal page successfully. You may find the submission in the incomplete payments dashboard: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

    So, your form appears to be submitting without issues. Could you please try clearing your browsers cache, and try submitting the form again?
