" you need permission to access this item" Thats what's coming back from google sites even though this form is now on wordpress. I tried deleting the form on google but I'm still getting this message back. This is new. Can you help?
Also, I dont see where, in jotform, to specify that I wish to follow this forum response. Can you pls send any responses to my email address as well--and let me know how to do ths myself??? Thx so muchPage URL:

Please try clearing your browsers cache, see if that solved the issue. Also, your page seems to be not correct. The screenshot sould include the green background from this website: www.clearheartcoaching.com/contact-me, if the issue resides here.
I have tried viewing your website in another computer and I seems can't replicate the issue. Please doing the above suggestion and let us know for results.

Its not my computer. Im getting this feedback from users. two different users in 2 differnt towns with 2 different computers. The problem, I think, is that this form was initially posted on a google site. But now its posted on a wp site, where my site actualy is now.
Why, when you press submit, does it take you to google sites instead of sending back the "We'll get right back to you" response page?

I just tried it again form my own computer, and it asked me to fill in the captha form twice. Then it took me here: https://sites.google.com/a/clearheartcoaching.com/end-of-life-coaching/home.
This, the old homepage, was where it was suppposed to redirect, when the form was on this google site. The site is now private, and so it makes sense that others get "you dont have permission." What doesnt make sense is why the form is redirecting back to google (se url) instead of wordpress (which wd be www.clearheartcoaching.com).

Ok found the problem. For some reason the thank you "custom url had reverted back to the old url. weird. thank you for looking into it.
