How to allow users to edit their submissions?

Is there a way to send a unique link to a respondent of their submission so they may edit it themselves (without it being included in the auto response)?

    So either

    - the user no longer has access to the autoresponder email with the edit link, or

    - there is no edit link because the respondents typically do not make changes but for exceptional cases, when the jotform administrator would allow it.

It's not necessary to include the edit link in an email autoresponder, you may create the edit link and share it later with the user, to create the edit link you may do the following:

    1. Use the URL base "www.jotform.com/edit/submission id".

    2. To find the submission id you may follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID

    I hope this helps.

Thank you Kevin.  I have followed your instructions.  At the point when I click on Submission button at the top (Step 1), i am presented with the following:

    This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://www.jotform.com/sheets/72243244524854 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any ther suggestions for retrieving the submission ID?

This may have been a temporary issue with the connection, I just checked the link to your submissions and it works for me:

I would recommend you to try using a different browser and different internet connection, if the problem persists, please share us a screenshot of the console report so we can see if there is anything causing the problem.

This guide will help you getting the console report: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
