We are a Government entity that is interested in using your product for our website. Because we are a State agency, we are limited somewhat in methods we can pay. Credit card payments are not an option. We would need to be able to receive a bill (or quote) and respond by sending a check. Ideally, we would like to be able to do this once a year and pay for a year at a time.
Let me know if this is something you offer as we would like to use your service. We are looking at the basic paid plan ($10/month) as that would probably be sufficient at this step of our plans.

So, when you need to make a check payment, please fill this form below and choose "Check" option on "Method of Payment". Then you will see details on the next page for it:
The purchase orders cannot be less than $100 since there is some manual labor involved so you will need to purchase two year Premium subscription which is the only option we have over $100. So, we are providing a discount. The regular price for two year subscriptions is $139.
As per the billing prior to receiving payment, I will look into it and get back to you!

Billing prior probably isn't as important as the option to pay by PO or check. That is awesome info, thanks for that!
