My Form keeps getting dissabled.

    Hi I have a Jotform embeded on our website

    After each submission it keeps getting dissabled, we only have about 7 submissions, I have a login account, msra.

    and I have made sure the form is not expired etc.

    Hi Jefrey,
    It seems every time we get a submission the form gets disabled.
    I went into preferences and have the following:
    Unique SubmissionUse Cookies(Loose Check) or IP Address(Strict Check) to
    prevent multiple submissions.
    No Check
    Unique Field IdSet
    Submission Limit
    (e.g. 1,2,3,etc...)
    Expiration DateDisable form on a date.
    (e.g. 2012-10-30 13:00)
    2013-12-31 12:00
    Unique Field IdSet used to be blank, so now I have it as 10 for the email
    address, hopefully it will be ok the next time someone sends in the form.

    That's because of the unique submissions settings set on your form. The only reason why a form automatically disables it self after a certain number of submissions is due to Unique Submissions or Submissions Limits.
