    Hello, I have tried to get an issue rectified with the jotform support emails and I have not received help with the problem. I just keep getting the runaround from different workers. I am ready to cancel this service as its not making my work life easy. It's quite frustrating. Is there someone who can help me via telephone? This emailing back and forth with different agents is ridiculous.

    Can you please confirm what issue are you having with your form? Is it the issue you have reported on the link above? If so, please make sure that your session is not expired. Otherwise, try logging in to your account again and see if you can view your submissions.

    Kindly provide us with more details of your concern if you are referring to something else.
