How submissions can be approved?

Hi,

I have created 2 forms, leave request form and travel itinerary request form. 

Applicant sends application to MD for approval if any application.  Once the applicant sent the form, HR gets a notification.

my questons are:

1. How can the MD approve the applicaiton. Is there a two respond for these forms?

2. will the applicant receive a respond from the MD that his/her leave is approved.

3. once MD approved the application, will HR gets a notification?

Shortly, you can add a filed to form to hold approval status. That field can be shown only when MD is reviewing an application conditionally. Then, if approved or denied, another email can be sent out (or several ones).
