We have an online application for employees to get hired. The form is stored in two places, the first is within the jotform database, and the second is when the form is "emailed" to us letting you know that someone filled it out which is known as the notification email.
Recently we have noticed in the past two days that sometimes when an applicant applies online sometimes their attachments don't work when clicked on from the notification email. But do work when logged into the jotform website. This question was asked before and the response was (bad internet connection, bad files etc...) That can't be true or the attachments would not be viewable in the jotform database.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please try re embedding the form using IFRAME and see if it works.
