Hi,Jotform is really fantastic, but unfortunately I am not able to connect the webhook to get instant SMS/Mobile notification. Can you please help me to get the instant notification on any form submission. It will be really a great help so as to start using my form.I have read multiple documents but not able to get my form ID and not able to find a step by step process to create the instant notification.Look for your kind support.

There is a sample script for SMS notifications also provided. Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your mail. But unfortunately we are not able to activate the
instant message notification on Jotform app.
As we are looking for the subscription model with jotform, but if the
mobile notification facility is not there in jotform then I think there is
no point in going ahead.
Please let me know how we can get the mobile notification on jotform app,
whenever anyone submits the form.

Have you gone through the guide and sample PHP script code on how to send notification with webhook?
Please note that in the sample script which is shared in the guide, you have to use your own SMS provider API endpoint and credentials. Which SMS provides you are trying to use to send notification message?
Please let us know in which step you are having issue with and we will try to help you.

I would appreciate a skype call / concall for a proper discussion. To give
you a background, in the beginning we were getting the SMS on the Jotform
App immediately when anyone submits the form. But somehow I don't know how
come this auto sync and notification has stopped.
Please note that I am not a technical coding person, hence I am finding it
difficult to understand your technical language.
You can either send me a step by step process with screenshot or a concall
to resolve this issue.
We would really appreciate your kind support to fix this issue so that post
successful testing of this form we can proceed for the annual subscription
model.

There seems to be some confusion here. After form is submitted, we do not send SMS notification. You need to set up webhook using your own SMS gateway credentials to send SMS notification. Please let us know which SMS gateway or provider you want to use to send SMS and we will try to help you with the script code along with the steps.
Are you taking about the JotForm mobile app to view submissions of your form?

Have you tried using this application https://apps.jotform.com/app/iphone_app ? The link is for IOS. And here is the link for Android version: https://apps.jotform.com/app/android_app
This application seems to work properly on my end. Can you please try it out?
