    I am a self admitted idiot when comes to this product!  I know what I want to do, I read through all the posts, and I still have quesitons, or I can't make the form work, as discussed.  Is there a live support person I can speak to, EVEN if it costs me some cash?  I would really appreciate some individual assistance if possible.

    Hi Tracee,

    Unfortunately, we don't have a Phone Support available. We have a Chat Support but that is only available if Jotform have a few numbers of Support Tech online. Please let us know about your question here in our forum and we will do our best to catch up with your on a short time.
