Can you cookie a user's answer's so that they next time they go to a Jotform, the form is pre-populated with the answers they previously selected?

This feature is actually dependent on the user's web browser. Today's web browsers have a built-in feature that automatically fills out form fields. This feature is called autocomplete (also called autofill and autopopulate depending on the browser).
Some links about setting up autocomplete:
Google Chrome - http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=142893
IE - http://www.online-tech-tips.com/internet-explorer-tips/edit-autocomplete-settings-in-internet-explorer/
Mozilla Firefox - http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Form%20autocomplete
Note that enabling this feature will affect all websites and online forms you visit using your web browser.
Hope you find this information useful. Thank you for using JotForm!JOTFORM SUPPORT
