How do I automatically send a copy of the form to the customer?

I am trying to figure out a way for my customers to receive a copy of an online form they have filled out after they have clicked submit so we both have a copy of their order proving it was filled out completely and submitted. I have another online form that does that automatically but I can't figure out the settings to coordinate it with my other form.
