I want to share data with someone who has a website for mapping lost dogs.
Now I have to login to JotForm, create a CSV file, download it to my directory (have to use IE because I can't get the Save As option in FireFox or Chrome, turn off my firewall and run a batch file to send the file.
What I want to do is set something up on the JotForm site so that I can automatically ftp the entire data file to this other site's server. It would be even better if I could set it up to automatically send the data on a schedule.
We are cooperating in sharing data between our two sites to help people in Texas find their lost dogs. Thank you.

You can actually enable FTP on form submissions. All submissions will then be uploaded to that server.
Please refer to this guide: http://jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions

When I tried this. The submission was transferred as a PDF form. How do you set it up to transfer the data in a csv file?

If you need the CSV, you can download it by going to the Submission Tab and selecting CSV.
Please check the tutorial link below on how to do this
