    Sub-accounts, emails

    When I try to setup a sub-account and I click select from my forms, no other option shows. Also when I get email notification that there has been a submission and I click on the attachment it won't open

    Hi,

    We're sorry to hear that. With regards to the sub-account issue, please try logging our from Jotform, clear your browsers cache and cookies and log back in, set it up again and see if that makes difference.

    What particular form in your account and what particular submissions from that form is not working? We'll await your response.

    It did not make a difference. I have no options and when the invite email arrived it showed no options. I setup the account anyway thinking that maybe further into it the options would become available but they never did. The forms in my account I want I can't access through the email attachment are the 2 Nelson Rollert forms.

    Just to clarify, are you saying that no forms displayed when you select forms to be shared? I can view them fine when I checked your account.

    Also, I don't seem them checked as of this writing so it does mean nothing is shared to the sub-account with that email address? We'll wait your words about this. Thanks!

    Not until your message did I ever see that screen. I only saw the View Submission & Edit Form header with nothing underneath. Now I see it, so you guys must have woken it up or something.

    Ok so now when I fill that new user form out and send the invite, the invite shows the forms that are to be included and ir shows them on the email that is received but when the new user registers, the form page opens up and says "you have no forms, create forms now". Why aren't the forms that I've included in the invite showing on their My Forms page?

    Hi,

    You should check the "Shared with you" tab, you'd be able to find the forms there.
