form quota reached

Hi there, 

Our form is still showing as over quota. David said that I should send the URL to have it looked at so this is the URL. https://form.jotform.com/83505297838974

Please let me know what to do.

Hi Jenn!

The form in question belongs to the sp4i6 account, which is currently over the limit for upload space as it is a Free account (the account has 2.29 GB worth of uploaded files while the limit is 100 MB for Free accounts). All of the forms are temporarily disabled. To unlock the forms, please back up the submissions data and files and delete the submissions to free up space. There are several ways to back up or download your data and files.

The account was on the Premium Yearly plan until April 29, 2019. The account owner can view their invoices by following this guide: How-to-Check-Invoices. They can re-upgrade anytime from the same page by picking a plan and clicking the orange Upgrade button.

I have upgraded our account to the Bronze plan and I am still seeing form quota reached. 

Please advise what to do next as soon as possible.

The form in question: https://form.jotform.com/83505297838974 belongs to sp4i6 account (email: ademelo@crohnsandcolitis.ca) which is currently a Free account. That account is still over the limit of uploads storage space. 

You have upgraded your own account, CCC_RP (email: researchassistant@crohnsandcolitis.ca) to Bronze. However, you do not have ownership of the form as it belongs to sp4i6. There are a few options on how to resolve this issue:

1. Have sp4i6 make a request on this forum to transfer the desired form/forms to your account.

2. Have sp4i6 delete previous submissions data to be under the Uploads limit

3. Have sp4i6 upgrade their account to a paid plan
