The person who set up the jotform for us is no longer witht he company and we are trying to make changes. How can we go ahead and make those changes.

2. A small window will popdown, click "Forgot Password" link
3. Enter your Email Address to the box provided
4. Click "Send Reset Instructions" button
5. Check the email address inbox
