We have our form embedded on a page on our companies website. When we view the page there is an extra control appearing on the bottom of the page that does not show up if we view the form using the direct url.
The link to the page with the form embedded is: http://www.cirris.com/support/feed_back.html
The link to the jotform is: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30366340441950?
On the page with the form embedded it has a control down at the very bottom underneath the submit button with the caption "Click to edit". It should not be there.

Sorry for the inconvinience caused. I was able to see this difference, and it is caused by cache issue on your form. I have cleared your form cache, and it seems to have fix the problem already.
Please check again(I did on your website). Inform us if this is not yet resolved. You may also need to refresh your browser just in case.
