New submissions are marked as read

New applications that are being submitted are marked as read when they haven't been.  I have been starring the last one to track this, and this morning we had seven new applications, and only one was marked as unread (the latest one received).  

I ran some tests to ensure that the feature works as intended. With a cloned copy of your form, here's how it went from my perspective:

1. Test starts with 2 unread submissions.

2. The form was submitted.

3. The unread count increased to 3.

Please keep in mind that when you open your form's submissions page, the most recent submission will always be marked as read (since that's the one that will be opened by default). Following where we left off, if I view my submissions for that cloned form, the unread submissions will reduce to 2.

You can mark submissions as read or unread by clicking the envelope icons that I highlighted in the screencast above. Open envelopes are read, closed envelopes are unread.
