Field Prepopulator App makes the labels disappear from the email notification.

the Prepopulator function does precisely what we were looking for. The only minor issue has been with the confirmation emails. When using the prepopulator, it removes headings from each response that is sent out in the confirmation email.

I have tested the Field Prepopulator app, and the notification did not lose the labels:
