    Change an email associated with an account

    Here is my situation:

    I / we started using the sub users feature, which is great, and I want to start a new account for myself (not the one we use by multiple people with the one over all log in, but when I go create a new acount it says that mark_rogers@pvusd.net is already associated with an account. I was using it with the main account (ahs_forms) but I changed that.

    What can I do?

    Hi Mark,

    Please try it again this time. It should now be fine.

    The email you've mentioned was assosciated with your other old account ahs_collaboration. I have changed this account email address to mark_rogers1@pvusd.net. So you should be able to create an account with that email address now.
