How do I change form layout?

More info: I created a form in multi-question view, it does not include the upload file/image options which are an integral part of this form. How do I include those and or convert to single page view?

Hi @madilynnbeck!

You can add the file upload fields from the Add Form Element section on the left. There are a few options available:

If you would like to change the form layout, simply go to form Settings>Show More Options>scroll down to locate the Form Layout field and select the layout you would like to change your form to from the dropdown menu. Like so:
