Can we download individual submissions as Excel files or email them as attachments?

    Hello,

I am looking for all options to export ALL or INDIVIDUAL submission data into Microsoft Excel (not as PDF). I know for one example:

Highlight form, click More - View Submissions Scroll down and where it says "Download As:", click on the Excel icon The Excel file downloaded displays ALL submissions

Are there other ways to do so? And please consider these scenarios:

Provided last example: Is there a way to download individual submissions as an EXCEL file? Send emails after submission: Is there a way to attach an EXCEL submission file to an email (not PDF)? PDF Attachment: If the above is not doable, is it possible to export PDF to Excel and display it correctly (each row is a submission and column is a field), not as a page where i click a cell and it highlights everything? Is there a way for someone who doesn't have JotForm account to download submissions in Excel (individual or all)?

I'm looking for as many options to export data to Microsoft Excel as possible. Thank you very much for taking your time; really enjoy using JotForm. I look forward to responses.

At this time we do not have an option to download or email individual submissions as the Excel files. I have added a feature request ticket on your behalf, but we cannot provide any ETA for when or it it will be implemented.

If you create an Excel report, anyone with the link and password (optional) will be able to download the Excel file.

Thank you for the response Mike.

I'm intrigued of the "Reports to Cloud App" because, from my understanding, the Excel report would save to DropBox every time there's a submission.

So I tested it out, and I'm not seeing anything in my Dropbox. On the Reports 2 cloud site, I'm logged in to Dropbox, I selected a location to save, and I selected a report.

Can you please explain how this app works? Maybe there's something I'm missing.
