How can I distinguish who has completed the form?

Hi, I am looking at building a jot form for registrations. In testing it when different people complete the form and submit it to my email address they are all grouped as originating from jot form rather than from the person who filled the form. This makes it very difficult to differentiate and see who the submitters are.

Is there a way the forms can be set up to show who the submitter is in my email in box?

You can set that in your notification settings, edit the subject of the email and map the field name of your form so you know who submitted the form.
