Sometimes the captcha seems to appear on a next page it creates, cannot understand why?

This might be a browser issue. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? If that doesn't work try to reset your browser settings as well.

That happens when a user enters a wrong captcha phrase or keyword or when he/she clicks on submit without even filling out the captcha field. The user gets redirected to another captcha page instead of a thank you page. This is a security measure placed in check to avoid spam from bots.

Is it the Captcha image you can't see or do you get stuck on the same page even when you enter the captcha words when you try submit? Because if you can't see the image this is a browser issue but if you can see the image and get the same page again upon submitting, you just got the capcha words wrong.
