How to convert uploaded files to single file format?

    Hello,

I need a tool that converts every file uploaded by a final user of my forms (which can be a pdf or a JPEG for exemple) into another file format (ex.: JPEG), the same for all the files.

The aim is to find the converted files (in JPEG) in the Jotform submission spreadsheet.

How can I do that please?

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, JotForm does not support to convert the uploaded images to convert to the JPEG format.

What I would suggest you configure only JPEG format in the File controls so that the user would have no choice other than JPEG format.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

I considered this option, but it's not appropriate.

I also considered to use the widget Transloadit, but I don't know how it works:

    - does it only pick the file, convert it, and keep it on its server,

    - or does it send the file back in the jotform submission spreadsheet in the good format?

    Thank you for your answer.
