PDF Submit button failing to upload to JotForm

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Is the issue related to form "SCADA Infrastructure Operational Review Report"?

    I have downloaded the PDF form and will test this.

    Hello,
    Just following up with this issue. Also, my colleague migrated this report
    to a paid account and it work. We will be continuing with the paid
    account. The issue with the paid account is that the formatting of the PDF
    is now out of wack. Faisal will continue to on with this moving forward,
    so if you could keep him in the loop that would be great.

    Do you mean to say that the form is transferred to a paid account and it is working as expected?

    Though submitting a PDF form should not be a problem but I did check your form "SCADA Infrastructure Operational Review Report" and it is still in your account which is a free account. 

    Please let us know the form of paid account with which you are having this issue and we will take a look. You may also like to share a screenshot of the PDF form which is not being displayed correctly.
