    Notifications: Issue with not receiving emails

    On February 12th we missed 10 leads from our websites because your forms failed to email us form submissions when they were submitted.  Were you having system issues on that day?  Is there any way to recieve daily summaries of our form submissions so that we can verify them at the end of each business day?  Thank you!

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As per submissions, we have not had any issues with notifications being sent.

    However, there is always the possibility that an e-mail provider can filter an email as spam or unwanted mail.  In order to prevent this, you can follow the instructions on this guide:


    Please pay special attention to the whitelisting of our Ips and Domains.

    Also, we'll be glad to check our mail logs for any errors.  SImply provide us the addresses which are not receiving the notifications.

    As per a daily report of your submissions, youc an create an HTML listing report (spreadsheet style) which updates dinamically with eavery submission you receive.  you can embed this report on a form or web page if you wish.  Here is a gudie to help you with this:

    We've been using your services for several months on several of our websites and we audit the process.  February 12th is the first time that emails haven't went through and there were several form submissions from multuple forms on that day with the same issue. 

    The addresses that did not recieve notifcation on 2/12 are 5310p004-1270 [at] myanswerfirst.com, sales [at] answerfirst.com, agillmore [at] answerfirst.com, support [at] answerfirst.com.  Eacah form submission should go to all of these accounts.

    Thank you for the link to the HTML report.  I'll try setting that up.

    Can you please confirm if you are referring to your account setup form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23485590495970

    Please tell us which submissions on 2/12/2013 did not provide you the email notification.

    I check this form's submissions, and I found at least 2 on that date. You can view submissions in My Forms / Submissions page when you are logged in to JotForm


    Both submissions have equal emal sent log also.

    We did not recieve the majority of the submissions made on this form on that date.  It seems to be isolated to that date, though.  I'll just create a report in Google Docs or via the HTML method so that we can compare at the end of each day.  If I have further issues I will contact you.  Thank you for your help.
