Airtable integration: how to match dropdown fields.

    Hi!

I attended the recent webinar with Airtable and am interested in using your forms and integrating with my Airtable bases.

I tried to set one up, but I don't see where I can match a Jotform field with a field in Airtable that is not free text.  The Airtable field is one that is a select from another linked table in Airtable.

Am I able to integrate Jotform in this way?

    Thank you!

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly.

You can map your AirTable fields with your form fields.

Just make sure the Field types are matched.

Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

Airtable has fields that you don't type into...you make selections from
other linked tables. Can the selections be drop downs in Jotform?
Here's an image of what I'm talking about from my current Airtable form. I
would need the same selections to populate inside of Jotform if I were to
    use your forms.

If the Dropdown field is located in the table that you are integrating your form with, all you need to do is:

    1) Create the Dropdown field in your Airtable, and make sure to put the options that it will contain:

    2) Add a Dropdown field in your form, with the same options that your Dropdown field from Airtable contains:

    3) Finally, match the fields when you are completing the integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/561-How-to-integrate-JotForm-with-Airtable

    Thank you… I should have clarified better… It’s not really a “drop-down“, it is a linked record.
    Would that work with Jotforms?

I'm still not sure about this question. Can you please resend the attachment by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

The way I understand it is that you can link tables in Airtable and you want that tables to be displayed in Jotform by Dropdown?

I think if that table is displayed in Dropdown in Airtable then Jotform should be able to pull the value as dropdown.

    Looking forward for your response.
