Cache Issue: My form is not updating....

    I updated my form but it doesn't seem to be registering the changes on my website. I did it yesterday, and still did not see a change, and then made separate changes and have been having the same issue today.

    My form is titled "Sign Up".

    I have cleared the cache of your forms.

    I have tried a different method to clear the cache on your form. 
    Please give that a try and let us know if that helps!


    Also, if the URL of your form (included the URL on the embed code if you are using any) starts with:

    http://form.

    please replace it with 

    http://www.

    Hi, I am having the same problem again. I made another change to the form and it wont update it. I tried replacing the URL both ways, and it did not work.

    Have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies? If not, can you please give a try?

    Fixed now.

    We had a cache clear API issue with out CDN provider. We have now pointing all form* domains directly to our site. So, the updates should be instant now.
