Hi--I've just set up my account so I'm new at this. I was trying to embed a link to the form in an email. I've done this a couple of times, but when I go to the link from my email, I can't upload files properly. Now I've tried creating a new form, and when I try to embed the link to the form in an email it says I've reached my limit.
Just wondering how to handle this issue.

You should be able to SHARE the link to your form on e-mails without a problem.
This is the link to your form:
However, embedding the actual form on the msg is not possible.
As per the limit error, can you please share an image of this error?
You can upload the image using this link. Once uploaded, simply share the URL of the image on your response.

Thanks very much for your quick reply. Yes, I'm just trying to share the link (not the actual form) on emails. The link worked when I went directly from this message. However, when I copy/paste the link into an email and go to the link from the email, I am not able to submit the form. Also, the error from the embed function in the form builder is still there--when I go from the form to "embed" and choose email (which seems to just be the link, not the form itself), it says "Oops! Reached your limit."
Here is the image:
Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Unfortunately, free accounts can only send/forward 2 submissions per hour using "Send Invitation" feature. I suggest you to forward the form link using your own personal email account.

Thanks for the helpful information. I will copy/paste the link to the form into my email. But I'm still wondering why the link does not work when I copy and paste it into an email. I can get to the form this way, but it will not submit.

I have tested and it seems to work fine on my end.
You should find my test submission. Please let me know if you have received it.

Sorry--I didn't respond properly to this query yesterday. Here is my response:I did receive the test submission, thank you. But was this a direct link from the site? A direct link has worked for me. But when I email the link to myself (or when you emailed it to me), it didn't work. I'm not sure why there's a difference, but there is.Thanks for your continued help.

As my colleague has mentioned, there are limits when you use the "send invitation" feature.
Also, you mentioned:
"The link worked when I went directly from this message. However, when I copy/paste the link into an email and go to the link from the email, I am not able to submit the form."
I simply copied and pasted the URL of your form on my email msg (I use Gmail) and sent it to you. This would be the easiest way to share your form with your users.
Copy and paste the link on to the msg and give your users some instructions. You can then simply send it and it should work. Youc an test it by sending me a link if you wish...
To get the URL of your form, simply click on the "Preview" button and choose the open a new tab option. Copy the URL from the address bar of your browser and that is the URL of your form. With this URL, anyone can access your form, All you need to do is share ir with them.
I hope this helps!

I received your e-mail:" I'm attempting to send you the link. I'm still having the same problem as before. When I copy/paste the link as you suggested and email myself, I am unable to submit a file (it continues to say "Please wait" and never accepts the submission). If you could try to fill out and submit from the email link, that would be great."
I tested the link and I was able to submit my form without any problems. Here is a video of the process:
It seems very strange that the form will not submit on your end. Can youplease try a different browser?
On my end, I am clearing the cache on your form to see if it is of any help. Please let us know if the issue continues.
