Why am I not getting emails/notifications when someone fills and submit?

why am i not getting emails/notifications when someone fills and submits my form? I do not want to log into my account to be notified. I want to have the editable form in my email once someone submits. The autoresponder field "reply-to-email" has my email address and the test seems to work but not when someone fills and submits the form. Why is this happening?

The autoresponder is sent to your email address. You have entered a Gmail address in your test.

The notification email is not sent because you have that configured by conditional logic as shown below:

I checked your submissions and none of them meet the conditional logic in the form. I suggest checking that and when testing, check Ann Taylor only, to see if you will receive the notification email.

The notification is tied to a trigger. What I am referring to is the auto responder. Just the initial email I am supposed to receive when someone fills and submit the form (is that not what autoresponder is for). If not how do I get an email someone has submitted a form without requiring me to log in to see the form.

I will set my notifications for other triggers (for when the reviewers check and tick their parts (as stated in the logic; condition).

The notification email is sent to the form owner. The autoresponder email is sent to the form submitter. You have both templates. However, your notification email is tied to a conditional logic and is set to send only when a specific name is selected. Please note that if this condition is not met, the form will not send the email.

You may consider deleting the conditional logic or set up another email template that is regular and won't be attached to the conditional logic. Just note that if you both, you will receive two emails when the condition for the other email template is met.

I guess Im not making myself clear. First off I am not getting emails when someone fills my form and submits. Thats my issue. Forget the logic and notifications. Am I not suppose to get emails when someone submits a form? Thats my point. How do I ( I am the form owner) get an email when someone submits a form. Are u saying I need another logic to get a basic email when someone fills my form? I dont want to login every time to see submissions. Makes sense?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently experiencing an issue with our notification. Maybe that's the reason why you're not receiving an email notification.

Could you please give us the form URL to which this issue is related to so we can check it?

Thank you and sorry for the trouble caused to you.
