Notification: It does not send when someone submits a form

    Hi, 

    we are experiencing the first problem ever with submission of our JotForms and the sending of the form to the email recipients. If I send the Test Email from within the form editing, it works perfectly. None of the forms out in the field doing real work are coming to any of the 3 recipient email addresses although the actual submissions are visible from this morning. 

    Could you please suggest what is going wrong as this is urgent and we cannot afford to have submissions not being received by our users.

    We have received the same reports from other users as well and the issue is being addressed by our developers. I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem and so that we can notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.

    The issue is now fixed, please test submit one of your forms and let us know if the issue persists on your end.

    Do you have this issue in writing? Or do you have any report which would have details to this issue?

    I'm afraid we don't have any related information related to this issue, it was resolved by our backend team as soon as the issue was detected.
