    My form no longer seems to be connecting to DropBox.

    My form was integrated with DropBox and all of the sudden has stopped putting new submissions in Dropbox. 


    The form ID is 30094714274149


    I have tried removing the integration and reenabling it to no avail.

    Hi Dan,

    I would suggest to do it this way,

    1. Remove the integration

    2. Clear your browser's cache

    3. Re-integrate your form to Dropbox using the following guide. Upload to Dropbox with JotForm

    We would also suggest to check your Dropbox allocated quota if it's not running out of space. Also, if you are using the Dropbox Desktop Application, try checking the files directly at www.dropbox.com, maybe there was a delay on the syncing of files.
