I get to this page but there is NO approve or deny button

I was able to reproduce the issue. A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers.
We will get back to you once the issue is fixed.

Hi thanks for the response. I have been able to connect my account on Zapier now. However, after I connect the account it doesn't return any forms (I have couple). I get this message:
We’re having trouble loading ‘Form’ data...We could not find a list of items in the app's response. -

I have tested the Zapier Integration and it seems to be working correctly at my end.
I have cleared your form cache. Can you please try create a Zap again and connect to your account?

Hi, thanks for your response. I deleted the old zaps and tried to add one from scratch but still get the same error. I even tried to add a new connection and start from there but the result in the same. My form doesn't show up - do i need to anything on jotform to make the form visible?

I have tested the Zapier Integration again and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.
Can you please try login to your JotForm account when connecting to Zapier? Can you please try clearing your browser's cache?
I have cleared your form cache.
Can you please also share to us the console logs?

Hi,
It seems the issue is originated from mis-configuration connection.
If your data stored in JotForm European Datacenters, you need to select Yes to "Do you use European Datacenters" in Connect Account screen.
Please go to Account -> Settings -> Data in JotForm and check if "European Datacenter" is enabled.
