how do I get a percentage of satisfied customer to not from my feedback forms. the forms are based on stars 5 great 1 not so much, I would like to see what our percentage of happy customer is.  Did not see where I can request that.

Calculation values can be applied to input table options.  Those values can be used in calculation field to produce an average of the values.  The following guide shows how to do so:
