This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    Hi,

Try this fix for the file URL's that displays this error in order to download the file.

When you open the file link, you'll noticed that the file name contains underscore "_", example.

    sample_file_name.docx

Now, just replace the underscore with a space,  so it becomes like this.

    sample file name.docx

So if the file link is like this:

    http://www.jotform.com/uploads/xxx/123213/227126496/sample_file_name.docx

    Make it like this:

    http://www.jotform.com/uploads/xxx/123213/227126496/sample file name.docx

You should be able to download the file this way. Let me also inform you have this problem has been forwarded to our development team already for further investigation. Thanks!
