Few questions related to PDF forms

Hi, my main need is to produce charts and reports for a camp for kids w complex medical problems

Before I start I have some questions

1. can I create PDF charts?

2. can I create PDF reports that pull info from all campers into one report, ie that would include Name, cabin, counselor, diet, allergies etc

3. is there an app that allow me to put all the info on my iPhone?

4. can I pay someone in your company or a partner to make the forms for me?

1. can I create PDF charts?

Yes, you can create PDF reports, which allows you to create charts based on the responses received.

Again, here you can use the Visual reports builder to suit your requirements.

You can also download your form submissions into PDF files.

3. is there an app that allows me to put all the info on my iPhone?

You can use the JotForm mobile app (from iTunes), where you can access all your forms and data similar to using JotForm on your PC.

4. can I pay someone in your company or a partner to make the forms for me?

Yes, we do provide form building service. You can make a request from your My Form page after logging into your JotForm account. But this service may not be available always and it depends on the availability and work overload of the concerned team. If any such request arises, you can post that requirement on the support thread and we can check if the report building service is available or not.
