login forms

    Hi @tradenetre,

    Unfortunately, you would not be able to create login forms on JotForm. This is considered phishing and results in the suspension of the account by our anti-phishing filter tool.

    If you could supply us with more details regarding your requirements for the form you would like to create, we would be more then happy to assist you.
