Is it possible to have a numbered list of priorities that are numerical?

First, I have to say how much of a fan I am of Jotform and its capabilities. Hopefully, someone can help me with a rather difficult problem I have been having and cannot seem to find a solution.

Is it possible to have a numbered list of priorities, that are numerical based (1-5), that come from a list of 25 possible choices regarding priorities one can choose from? Five priorities are required and each priority must have a different number.

For example: There are currently 25 current priorities (columns) a congregation has to choose from. They are to pick their top 5 priorities (numbering them 1-5) while leaving the rest blank. Below is an actual example of what I am trying to accomplish and have two columns from the 25 to illustrate. As the list below continues, there cannot be duplicate entries as far as the numbered priorities are concerned. People cannot choose a priority of five twice from different columns.

    Top Priorities:

Help people develop their spiritual life _______ 3

Help people understand and act upon issues of social justice _________ 5

Is there a way to continue this list and accomplish the aforementioned, while making the five mandatory, and ensuring the 1-5 choices are contained and not duplicated per row?

It has been extremely difficult finding and I would be incredibly grateful if anyone could assist in this matter.

    Many thanks,

    Matthew

    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for the feedback.

Indeed, what you are trying to accomplish is a bit difficult to have, considering that we do not have this kind of field or a widget. I will see if there's a workaround to this. I will let you know.

Ok so, the easiest method would be to use our Orderable List Widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/orderable_list. You can instruct people to move their top 5 in the list to the top. The first is the highest.

Another widget is our Grading tool:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/grading

Set its total to 15, so people cannot go more than that:

The only downside of this widget is that people can opt to spam it like putting 15 directly into a single box, but well, unlikely to happen if people are serious about it.

Please try that and let us know if that works for you or not.
