How to pass the Address fields independently in Airtable integration?

Seems convenient. However, on my form and in Airtable, I have First and Last name as separate fields. I can only transfer "Name", which puts the full name in the first name column and the full name in the last name column. Similar problem with "Address", which is separate columns in Airtable (and separate boxes in Jotform), but it concatenates it all into the address field. Any way to adjust that?

If you want to pass the grouped data separately then you can add Short text entry field for each data that you want to pass individually.

For example, add separate Short text entry field for the first name, last name, address fields.
