    Hi there,

Random question - we are a huge business using Jotform to run one of our divisions. We love it!

    We are in Sydney, AU.

However; we use Jotform to push our daily onboarding forms into Airtable and also into our help desk for actioning. The dates always come through in US time even though we have set our master settings to Eastern Australia time.

We noticed yesterday that emails were getting delayed and only coming in at the corresponding US time (the following day oddly enough), not immediately.

I'm wondering if you are able to help us to troubleshoot. We use Zapier to push data as we haven't converted to using the Jotform/Airtable direct integration yet.

See the screenshot for the Airtable time stamp, which you can compare to the form in Jotform under Cloud Club® Onboarding - Receipt Bank. The form was filled in at 5pm on the 17th.

We're stumped and hope you can help. Other than the weird things happening with the PDF form templates, which I think you guys are fixing up, we are happy with Jotform!

I tested this issue with our Direct Airtable integration, and it worked as expected, the timezone was picked up from the timezone set up in JotForm account.

Is it possible you could switch from Zapier to direct integration?

Here is how it worked for me:

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Nik,

Thanks for your response. We were planning on taking a look at the direct integration anyway, so glad to hear this resolves our issue.

    Best regards,
