Multiple email recipients are unable to receive notification after form modification.

    When a form is filled out on our website, email notifications go out to two people. Suddenly the second recipient listed is not receiving notifications.  Have the rules changed and only one email can be sent out?  In order to add a second recipient I apparently need to upgrade even though we've had two set up since we started. The current email notification shows both recipients but only the first recipient gets it.

    I have reviewed your account and found that this form “Adoption Application” was last modified on Sat, 17 May 19. Prior to this date, the form was the last updated on Mon, 29 Oct 17.

    During this period we have revised our plan structure and one of the change was that Free plans cannot add multiple recipients to the notification/Autoresponder.

    I understand that you were receiving the notification on both the emails till 15th May 2019. The moment you modified the form on 17th May 2019, the new plan structure got updated in your account. That is the reason for not receiving a notification on the second email address.  

    This plan structure change is actually a security precaution in order to help us take control of users who abuse our system.

    This means you will not be able to add multiple recipients if you're not a paid subscriber. Please refer to the snapshot below.

    The email notifications have not been getting to the 2nd recipient since some time in March so my recient activity was not the cause. However  I see now that whatever the problem was, it's now completely different since opening up the form caused the new plan structure to be updated.  These forms are for a non profit rescue organization. I will let them know they need to upgrade. Hopefully by restarting it will resolve the non-delivery problem. Thank you.

    Right, to be able to send notifications to multiple recipients, you have to upgrade. If you're still experiencing any issues with email delivering, please check Junk/Spam folder or if the email domain didn't block our sender email noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
